4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
  • We accept secure payments via major debit/credit cards, UPI, and net banking.
  • In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer pan-India delivery with tracking.
  • Product will be shipped within 7 business days and will be delivered to customer with in 7-10 days.
  • PCRN is not liable for delays caused by courier partners.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection, refund will be credited the customer account within 15 business days.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Currently we don’t have an exchange option you can return the product and then initiate the new order.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
  • PCRN reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, and images on the website are owned by PCRN and protected under copyright laws.
